Hello, and welcome to AutomatedFire, a brand new Fire Emblem role play contained entirely on deviantART! Mmm, don't you just love that new-rp smell?

Now, let's start off with a few necessary rules, shall we?

I know, I know, roleplays are supposed to be fun, right? Well, in order to maintain the fun, we must have some guidelines.

Rule one: Cannon characters only, please. Your OC Miss Mary Sue LowenSparklyPants may be the saviour of Tellus, Elibe, and Yo Momma all at once, and a valued warrior of Thracia, but it's not really Fire Emblem if there aren't any Fire Emblem characters, is it?

Rule two: Be polite! I can't stress this enough. Try to get along with your fellow RPer's, and respect their opinions and mind-canon, okay?

Rule three: Stay in character! It's not fun if Marth starts being Joe half way through, is it? Save the identity crisis to a minimum, please.

Rule four: We support all pairing choices and orientations! Please don't complain about how Eliwood should of gotten with Lyn or Ninian instead of (insert random female name here), or how Ike can't be gay with Soren because he's too manly and should be with the princess, because it will be pointedly ignored.

Rule five: No Melee/Brawl fandom please! Pit and Link are pretty cool guys, but according to given dates Ike and Marth are centuries apart. If you want Smash Bros, I highly suggest the LJ dressing-room community "smashdressing".

Rule six: Keep chatspeak to OoC conversations, and keep an eye on your grammar. You don't have to be a genius at literature, but It's hard to respond to a character if you can't understand what they're saying. This includes emoticons such as XD and ; D.

Important! Though you're free to role play anyway you wish, please do not use script format! You're allowed to use prose and *action* format, but not script. Please keep that in mind while playing.

Rule seven: We support all Fire Emblems! 1, 2, 3,4, 5, you name it, as long as you know what you're doing you can play it!

Rule eight: Do not encourage trolls! If someone is trolling you, report it in a note and it will be stopped and banned from the main community.

Rule nine: Label all mature content! This should be obvious, but whether you're posting to your character's account or submitting to the main community, follow dA's rules.


Rule ten: Have fun! There's no point in this if you take it too seriously!

To join, just follow these simple steps:

2. Note the filled out form to the club, and wait until we respond to move on to step 3.

3. Once your application is accepted, make a seperate devART account for your character and comment on the Taken Character journal. [link]

4.Watch this community using your character's account.

Once upon a time, in a world far, far away, there was a lonely little girl. No matter where she went, noone would pay attention to her. She went to her mama; she shied her arms away. She went to her papa; he walked past with out a glance. She went to the towns' people; they denied her existence.

The little girl decided that she would create her own world, where she would be hugged and loved and played with, and where the people would bend to her fancies and will.

And if they didn't, she decided, they would meet the same fate as Mama, Papa, and the town...

You wake up in a small enclosure in a forest. There is a durable looking paper notebook besides you. You open it and find "straight ahead" written in small, neat cursive. Strange, of course, but with no other clue you have no choice but to start walking in the direction given to you.
Soon enough, you come upon a small, seemingly abandoned town in the middle of nowhere. During your stay you'll find that very need and want is taken care of, and that you can communicate with the others in the town via the notebook. Everything seems fine.

But soon, people start disapearing, and weird events start happening. You have no idea what's going on, nor how to get out, but you know that something's very wrong with this town.

Who knows. Maybe you'll be left a few clues.

Beyond this point, it's all up to you! Create bonds, try new things! But you must update your account at least once a month. If not, someone might feel neglected, and might not want you around anymore...
